Paul D. Fitzgerald is a member of the California Bar, and brings over 35 years of experience as a civil trial attorney.   Mr. Fitzgerald is licensed in all California state courts, including the State of California Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. 

Mr. Fitzgerald's experience includes over 100 combined arbitrations and jury trials.   He is knowledgeable in all areas of commercial civil litigation and has acted as a Los Angeles County Settlement Officer in resolving civil cases within the court system for over 15 years. 

Mr. Fitzgerald is a graduate of State University of New York at Buffalo (B.S. in Business Management with a dual concentration in Marketing & Human Resources)  and Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California (J.D).   In law school, he was President of the Entertainment & Sports Law Society.  

Living in La Canada, Mr. Fitzgerald has an active family and his community work includes head coaching his son's basketball team in the Foothill Hoops and refereeing soccer in both the Pasadena & Glendale American Youth Soccer Organization (A.Y.S.O.) leagues.
